Nicholas J. Chapman

is a 1971 graduate of Merrimack College with a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Political Science and a 1974 graduate of Suffolk University with a Juris Doctor. He is a former Trust and Tax Officer of Arlington Trust Co. of Lawrence now known as Fleet Bank where he worked in the Trust Division for over 20 years. In 1994, he opened his own practice. On March 5, 1995 the firm was incorporated in Massachusetts as a professional corporation (PC).

He is Secretary of the Executive Board of the Merrimack Valley Estate Planning Council; Member of the Board of Directors of the Spar and Spindle Girl Scouts Council, North Andover; a member of the Tagastan (Estate Planning) Committee, Merrimack College, North Andover; and Past President of the Merrimack College Alumni Council Executive Board.

He is available for speaking engagements, seminars and workshops.
